Fitness second.

It's been long since I actually exercise and since then my tummy has been erupting non stop like Mount Vesuvius. Yesterday was my first floorball training or rather orientation in a very long time. Haiqal almost died. I was hoping it will be just introduction, ball passing, minor drills and end it all off with a match for the first session but I was proven dead wrong. We started off with a wonderful warm up, some ice breakers with really cool punishments and then suicides! 

Mr Coach says that fitness is the most important thing in floorball and I absolutely agree. Gosh 4 sets of suicides was a major killer. It just drags everything down till the end. But yeah, it was a worthwhile morning- made friends with nice people and stuffs. Roarrrrrr.
