Two down, one more to go

For me wedding is a killer and after surviving two, I think I'm getting used to it. Yeah, another new happy couple last weekend. A six hour long event, fooo. Crowd starts streaming in as early as 11am.

I was half stoning then but the rest looks damn enthu and they shook hand and chit chat like they met for the first time after 203 years.
Madness in the morning, you got old folks dancing. WOOTS. The best part was going to the bride's place to fetch her. The kompang troupe was the best. Blasting their kompang like a 10000watts dolby surround speakers would sore everybody's hand except them.

eh pole dancing??
I got a small task. They asked me to carry a pole and do an exotic dance , it's called bunga mangar actually. Lens wasn't wide enough, actually there's a flower like thingy. What you do is gotta walk slowly with the bride and groom in between. There was once i walked a lil bit too fast and I got my shirt pulled. "EHHH?!" then i heard walk slowly la.

Upon arriving back at the groom's place, the kompang troupe blasted all their mights on their kompangs again. The whole Clementi was shaken. Ah now you can see the flower yo and the goddamn things wasn't light at all but my 50cm biceps was put for a good use.

The usual malay tradition is done after that. Anybody who does silat is welcome to do a mini performance for the newly weds and i believe it's for good luck or smth. Heh, I'll invite Jackie Chan to do kung fu and Stevan Segal to do aikido if i get married.

It was like 4pm by then and people were still streaming in. The day ended about 5pm with a happy couple, satisfied auntie and lots of tired others.

Happy Marriage Cousin! (:
