Napfa aftermaths

I hate sit-ups, I rather do crunches which is less demanding. But nevertheless i hate both. Which explains my 2636 inch belly la. One of the five napfa stations was the sit up. Urgh, i accomplished 38 though and now it hurts like crazy. I don't how girls feel but it's something like tummycramp girls suffered during the period.

I can't laugh, i can't smile and i cant even shit properly. It hurts especially when ur shit is trying to act all emo and refuse to exit the asshole. Any solution? Practical ones please.
