Alright the final homestretch and six more subjects to go. Oral was as tough as me, we got a freaking "Courtesy" as the theme of the day. I was thinking of talking about mats and minahs but the question just didn't suit them because the teacher asked to describe courtesy and not the other way round. Speaking English in a MT oral is not recommended.

Envy those peeps who work non-stop. I heard some of them even brought their work piece home. But nevertheless, fuck dnt.(:

Eh out of boredom on day 3, i made my self a diy keychain! I requested for some empty film canisters from a photo lab, drilled a hole when berny's having lunch and hook a keychain. HEH! lomo 4 ever. HAHA

Lomotion meet up

Lomotion!

Lomotion is a community in Singapore for lomo users. So yesterday they had a small meet up at Bishan. They already had several which i missed and wouldn't want to miss another one. Great people there, friendly chaps. I met the famous grafitti artist, Killer Gerbil, jimmy the class monitor, cindy the lomo queen, john the laugter, ian from malacca boon lay, matt, kase, giggerotar and zoeyjoey tay.

There was a carnival with rip offs rides, fun place for some snapping action. Other than the super noisy techno, the carnival was rather quiet. After the meet up, it just made me wanna sell my kidneys. All the poisons that attacked me one after another. First the mighty LCAs and the fisheyes. I promised myself not to spend unnecessarily which includes movies and entertainment for the time being. It's for my own good because I can get more lomo stuff..i mean stay at home and revise my subjects. I got 6 rolls of undeveloped negatives on my table now. ah.

Around Singapore in a day

I was Marco Polo yesterday, exploring the unknowns. Ok not really unknowns but places that i've never been before and i found it to be pretty fun. First stop Kranji War Memorial, and the late president was the first to greet us.

Damn it's the most peaceful place i've been to. A nice place for a get away from the hustling city life.

Punggol Jetty next, long long journey there. I don't know how the Punggol/Sengkang residents survive. It's very quiet and civilisation is very minimal. Very different from my neighbourhood. The last time I went there was 2 years ago, where we took our ferries to Ubin for OBS. Nothing much at the jetty so we head for Seletar Airport. It's a well protected place and no photography was allowed. -_____- they got really nice classic planes there. It's around 5 then and we headed for Changi Airport for teh. That's 2 airports already. Hungry bhai and mat me ended out exploration with dinner at Botak Jones@Depot Road. Shiok shiok. High calories quality burger. (: I ate half way and remembered i need to snap so pictures cos it's too.... u go try it yourself. Thanks bhai for the trip. HAHA.

My old Dell had served me for five years and now it had to retire. So I got a new rig! wooooots. I know it's probably not the best time but who cares, i'm enjoying it. I'm gonna name it Abdul and my old dell Vicky cos of the characteristics they got, one is fast and another is slow respectively. Wahaha jk ah singh.

Hey it's been sometime since I update. I attended my cousin's wedding and burned the weekends. I don't like weddings and there's 2 more mandatory wedding events which I got to attend. Typical Malay wedding, under void deck, lousy music and hot weather kills. Ever seen relatives attending wedding and was asked to make drinks for the guests because there's lack of manpower? Yeah that's how kuku it is.

and also finally got half of my films developed. Check out my flickr . I was quite happy with the outcome. Just to add no photoshop touch up was done. All fresh from the developer. How i get the funky colours? Ask the lab do xpro! In other words mixing wrong chemicals for developing. Shiok!
